The healing process will speed up if you use soap and water to remove the scabs. To wash your hair, we’ll provide you with a shampoo and a lotion.
For the first 15 days after a hair transplant, you should wash your hair once a day with a mild shampoo.
After 15 days, if all of the scabs have been eliminated, you may stop using lotion and start washing with whatever shampoo you choose, gently rubbing it in with your fingers.
Your hair transplant will begin to fall out within two months, so be aware of this important fact.
Applying Lotion During the First and Second Weeks After Hair Transplantation. Enhancing the regeneration of skin cells, moisturizing the skin and softening any scars are all benefits of using an emollient lotion.
On both the donor and recipient sites, the lotion will be administered. Apply 7-8 drops of lotion to each locations by gently tapping on them. Rinse your hair after one hour of waiting. To prevent injury to the newly transplanted grafts, use the lotion in the same direction as the grafts were placed. Don't forget to apply additional lotion at the donor area.
Remove the scabs and speed up healing using a specific medicinal wash. Once the lotion has been applied, you may begin washing as recommended. Create a foam between your hands and softly distribute the foam around the donor and recipient areas of your body without rubbing or making vigorous motions using the medical shampoo given. Rinse off the foam for at least two to three minutes. Note that in addition to cleaning the donor region, you may use more moisturizer to alleviate any itchiness or dryness.
Use warm water instead of pressurised hot water while washing your hair. Use a bowl to squirt water on your bald head (do not use the shower). Rinsing the shampoo thoroughly is essential.
Dry your hair without using a towel. A cold air setting on your hair drier and a distance of around three to four feet from your head are ideal.
