To better understand the patient process on the day of your hair transplant, please review the following instructions. Before your arrival, our staff will give you with more specific and individualized instructions.
Before the hair transplant process (and throughout the consultation phases of the arrangement), please inform us of any medical conditions and medications you are currently using.
If you have any health issues, please check with your doctor before undergoing the hair transplantation procedure. We will also provide insight, but it should be examined in combination with that of your primary care physician or dermatologist.

Stay away from alcohol and caffeine the night before your surgery. Preoperative local anesthetics may be less effective if you use both. Constricting blood arteries and restricting nutrients to the follicles of the scalp are two ways that smoking affects hair follicles. Smoking should also be avoided the day before to the surgery for this same reason. To ensure that your follicles get proper nourishment, you should stop smoking for the first week after your procedure.
Make sure you have a clean, fresh shower the morning before your surgery. You should avoid from using any hairstyling products. Make sure you’re well-rested and have had a light meal before coming in for surgery. Do not use any Caffeine.
We suggest that you wear a buttoned shirt or a wide-collared t-shirt so that the shirt does not drag over your scalp. This is an excellent practice for the weeks after the treatment as well.
Wear comfortable clothes during the procedure, since it may last up to six hours depending on the quantity of grafts you are getting.
No visitors are permitted in the operating room. We will accommodate your company in our lobby or cafeteria lounge.
Do not chew bubblegum and avoid from speaking excessively during the surgery. During the procedure, avoid from using your personal mobile phones or touch-screen gadgets.
